Our estimators and technicians train to stay up to date on the best practices and products available. Before going out, and as a part of a rigorous training and onboarding process, our production crews train on in-house mock-ups so they get the hands-on experience to provide you with the best service.

Gil Couto is a Portuguese immigrant who dreamt of being a business owner, and in 1987 realized his dream by starting Couto Construction. We are now a second-generation owned company with two of Gil’s sons, Jason and Derek, leading us. His oldest son, Brian, is a project manager. The Couto family is large, with brothers, cousins, and even kids all working here. As our company grew, employees also became part of the family. These days, Gil can still be seen at Couto job sites dropping off the dumpster or supplies. He’s almost always the first production team member to meet the customer.
