Several other contractors never even replied to me and the one that scheduled an appointment with us never showed up and didn't even bothered to call to say they had to cancel. Couto, construction renovated my farmers porch and did a great job. They were informative, on schedule and completed the job to my specifications as was discussed with the appraiser. They kept in constant communication before, prior and after the job was done. Thanks to the hard working crew, Primo's. Vic and Luis, they are two of the hardest working construction workers. Maestros at their craft working from morning to evening in the full blaze of the sun during unusual spring heat. Courteous and respectful always checking in with me in the morning to inform me of what would be accomplished that day and in the evening going over their work and discuss what would take place the following day. If there was anything that I wanted address they would promptly take action. Thank you for all your hard work and making my porch look like the cover of an architectural magazine.
Coutu Construction has installed a new roof on our two story colonial. From Claudios presentation to Luis' team the roofing was performed in a timely and professional manner. In addition, they also repaired the threshold on the front entry, the results were awesome, it was just like Cesar and Freddy read my mind. I would highly recommend Coutu Const if considering a roofing job or other work around the home.
Cuoto Construction is a wonderful company to do business with. From the sales staff to the guys on the roof, everything went perfectly. Customer service was excellent and communication was top notch. Our new roof is beautiful and the chimney cap makes the entire house so much more appealing. Also, the cleanup was amazing, even making sure our neighbor's driveway was free of any errant nails. Did a ProVia Endure window install to replace window in my garage. 1st Frank came by to do measurements and when product arrived, Brendan and Josimar came by to do install. These guys were thorough, organized, kept clean workspace. After completion Brendan gave me instructions on how to clean panes..thanks! I thought all was done, but then Frank stopped by to see how his measurements translated to the install and he was happy with final product. In terms of customer service, could not ask for more from all 3 of the guys!
Every went well. Timing was exactly as they stated when we signed the contract. Came at 7 a.m. and finished at 6:30 p.m. Installed new roof for house porch and shed replaced gutters front and back.
Everything about the project was Fantastic and Professional. Our Project manager Ceasar communicated with us throughout the intire job. The crew did an amazing job with the installation We are very happy and would recommend Couto Construction to our friends and family. The estimater (Nick) was very informative and we felt no pressure during the process. 5 Stars and we will call Couto for our future projects!
