Had an issue that I needed to call Couto Construction back for, they responded quickly and sent an incredibly efficient, clean and dedicated worker named Caesar Botelho. He addressed my concerns, discussed options with me and meticulously cleaned the site multiple times, including hand washing the floors. He returned over multiple days to ensure the project was completed and I was completely satisfied.
Had Couto Roofing do a job on my daughters house in the near north end of New Bedford. The crew arrived early a.m on the scheduled date. They completed the job in one day from start to finish with excellent results. I would be remiss not to mention Project Manager Cesar Botelho he was there that morning of the job open to all questions and concerns. Had My roof done a few years back and did a fantastic job !!! So we decided to take our screen porch and have it turned into a three season room. What a fantastic job again Eddie and his guys were great to work with very understanding of our needs and the work was top notch!!! Our room is cozy and more than we expected too look like when finished!!! Great job !!! Will be using in future
