I called about a month back figuring I would give them a shot and even took the day off of work so I could be there I get a phone call 3 days before they were to come and was told the appraisal gentleman went on vacation for two weeks but Jason(owner) o of the company called me personally to apologize and asked if he could come over personally and take a look at my deck for a owner to call me and make an effort has my respect he's going from one star to a five-star kind of guy thanks Jason for representing what a great owner should look like and act
I contacted Couto Construction to fix a chimney leak that a previous contractor who rebuilt our chimney from the roofline up, refused to address. Rob from Couto Construction came out to assess the issue, spending a lot of time trying to find the source of the leak. This included taking dampness meter readings, climbing up on the roof and into a cramped attic. He took pictures and videos from all angles of the chimney and roofline. After explaining exactly what was going to be done, i signed the contract he drew up at my home. My appointment was then scheduled promptly by a very friendly and attentive staff in the front office. Devyn and Justin came out and did a wonderful job repairing the chimney flashing and replacing roofing tiles. They were polite, professional and very hard-working. They also documented all their work taking pictures before, during and after construction. I would recommend Couto Construction and I plan on using them again for other projects.
I contacted multiple roofing companies for bids, and chose Couto Construction to put a new roof on our home. I'm glad I did! They were extremely professional and responsive at every stage of the job - from coming out to meet with me to go over their proposal, to an amazingly quick one-day turnaround on the job, to following up and making sure I was happy with the work.
