I contracted Couto Construction last month for a massive exterior renovation project: we updated to new vinyl/PVC siding and changed the color from white to blue as well as work done to the soffit, etc.

I had 6 windows installed by Frank and Jay. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely meticulous. One of my windows was extremely difficult to install and required some significant reconstruction. Frank spent a significant amount of time on the this window to insure that it was done correctly and beautifully, he put extra care to make sure it was done right! Jay took the time to explain and model how to operate the drop in feature for cleaning. Jay also took particular care in the removal of my old windows in order to preserve the original woodwork and framing. Frank and Jay were excellent!! 5 stars
I had a new roof installed by Couto Construction. They show up on time and finish in a timely manner. The crew did a awesome job cleaning. The Project Supervisor, Cesar was very professional and trusted to is word. The communication between me and Cesar was phenomenal. With uptades all day on wath was happening in my roof. I highly recommend this Company and Cesar to anyone.
I had Mastershield Gutter Guards installed. Carlos Pereira did the install. He was courteous, professional and explained everything. He also sent me pictures of the completed project. The area was cleaned up so well you would never even know he was there. It has been a pleasure to work with Couto Construction - everyone has been wonderful. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering having work done on their home.
I had my roof done about a year ago now. Crew arrived on time, were very clean and finished the roof in just a few hours. They also respected my no smoking rule (I didnt want to see butts on my new lawn). THANK YOU! A few weeks later, we had that noreaster. I had "coffee stains" on my ceiling (around the chimney) the next morning. I called knowing that people were in worse shape than I was and expecting a delay but to my surprise, because my roof was just put on less than a month prior, they came and reworked the area around the chimney, that same day. It was awesome to know these guys really do take pride in their work and attentative customer service does in fact make for a repeat customer. But whats also nicely unique is theyve called a few times to "check up" on my roof because their work comes with a 5 year guarantee. And dont worry about prices, they work with your budget. Paying for a job well done is worth it. I highly recommend.
I had my roof done by Couto construction today. Joshua Romao came out a little over a week ago to inspect and measure for a quote and was equipped to give me a precise project cost right then and there. He had with him all the options available as show pieces and did a great job of explaining the process and helping me choose the best package for me. The price was comparable to local competition and even a bit on the lower side of others. I signed an agreement a few days later and expected my roof to be replaced in about 4 weeks.
