I had new siding put on my house. Cesar who was the production manager, Logan, Jay and the rest of the crew were always on time and finished the project earlier than they said and did a great job. After the job was completed they cleaned up and put everything back as promised. I did have a few minor issues that needed correcting and they came back to fix everything perfectly. There was some damage to my storm door which wasn't able to be fixed and I was told they would replace the door at thier cost. They haven't completed that yet but when they do I will make another review. I am very satisfied and would use them again. Logan was very knowkegable and really knew what he was doing. Cesar was very responsive to the minor things I wanted fixed and very friendly. Jay did a good job also and so did the whole crew.
I had service done last year which I was very happy with everyone was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, there needed to be some minor adjustments. The two service technicians that came out to do the adjustments Jay M and Devon M were really great! They explained the issue and made accommodations to ensure that the issue would be resolved. They were friendly, polite and thorough!

I had the siding on my house replaced with vinyl "cedar impressions" and it came out better than I thought possible! They worked fast and efficiently getting the job done, and very well.
I had them vinyl side my house and the transformation is truly amazing. Their workmanship is first rate and their attention to detail is unmatched. The salesman, John, was more than willing to work with me to accommodate my fixed budget and Lori, in the office, was very helpful with financing options. Carlos was an attentive project manager and never failed to respond to all of my questions and last minute changes. The onsite crew, Jose and Maria, were two dynamos and accomplished a Herculean amount of work in two weeks time. They worked efficiently, were there on time everyday and are both excellent employees. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend them for any and all construction projects.
I have all good things to report about Couto construction! Finding a company to redo my roof was anxiety provoking . Couto construction was super helpful and pleasant to work with from the initial meeting with David to the project day with Cesar. There was great communication, quick response time, and a great job done. I actually never write reviews but I am impressed with Couto construction's efficiency and Cesar was the most helpful on the project day!

I have had more than my share of horror stories involving contractors. But I was pleasantly surprised with Couto construction. No matter who I spoke with from Nick who first answered my call to Mariana in scheduling to Matt Franco in sale who was impressive , knowledgeable and very professional. But it didn't end there everyone there after was equally attentive and accommodating to My scheduling needs. The project Manager I had was a gentleman by the name of Manny Leander's and he bar none was top notch. He made everything seem less from beginning to end. He was very professional, Informative, knowledgeable and he always made it his priority to be sure to answer any questions or concern I may have.I have never seen such over all service from a company and absolutely would recommend and use Couto Construction for future projects I will have around my home.
