Kudos to Couto Construction. This is a first class company. They have been wonderful throughout the whole process of replacing my roof. Dan the salesperson was terrific with his estimate. Cesar, the foreman explained everything clearly. He walked us through the entire process. He took real pride in his job. The crew came on time and were extremely efficient. They had respect for our property and plantings. They cleaned up everything as they went along and when the job was done. I recommend this company highly.
Logan and Jason were fantastic. So polite, efficient and hard working. Worked all day in the heat only stopping for a lunch break. I had a rooftop deck remove, repairs to my roof and new gutters and soffits installed. They asked great questions about the project and cleanup. I am highly satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you guys!
Manny was my production Foreman on scene. I have to say, he was very professional and on time. He took pictures of the roof and showed them to me. He explained step by step how everything was going to go down and always kept in contact with phone calls while the whole process was happening. Also, the dumpster was removed swiftly and on time. I would highly recommend him and couto construction to anybody. Great job!
Miguel Josimai and his partner did an awesome job on replacing the gutter on the front of the house. Very neat, professional, and courteous. They answered all my questions and any concerns I had as they were working. Cleaned up everything and left the property as they found it. We will definitely be calling for more services with Coutu Construction.
My experience with Couto construction has been wonderful .Cesar has been a big help getting me through my anxiety and making the job look great all the guys are very personable and knowledgeable everybody's showed up on time stayed until it was dark can't wait until it's done. My experience with Cuoto was great from the start. I had a quote provided by Jonathan for removal of wooden gutters, installation of new aluminum gutters and gutter guards, a small roof replacement, and rebuilding a corner of house. Of all the quotes I received, he was the only one to actually get up on a ladder and inspect each of the areas to give me as accurate of a quote as possible. Once I confirmed I would be moving forward, we were able to schedule a few weeks out. The crew that came out, Christopher, Devyn, Fernando, and Frank were nothing short of amazing. They were here early and stayed late each day to make sure they could get as much done as possible. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and also made sure to discuss any other major issues with me before moving forward. I ended up needing some additional work on the rotted corner of my house and Chris did an amazing job. He replaced a few beams, addressed additional rot, and also replaced with new cedar shingles. It looks amazing! My wooden gutters were old and rotten along with much of the fascia and soffit. The crew did a great job removing the wooden gutters and replacing with the new gutters. The house is very old and I was nervous the look of the more modern gutters would take away from the charm of the house, but it truly looks amazing. I am so relieved knowing Cuoto not only made sure to complete everything with big quality workmanship, but to know their work is also guaranteed. I will definitely be hiring Cuoto in the future for all exterior house updates/repairs needed.
