My home has been under renovation for a while now. Had a couple of issues that needed to be rectified and Couto Construction was right on it.
My husband and I hired Couto Construction to replace all the windows in our house. From the moment I contacted their office for a quote they were extremely friendly and responsive. Claudio came out to look at our windows and show us pricing options. We felt like we had a family member in our house. We ended up talking so much we forgot he was there for windows! The group me app was used to keep us informed of when the windows would arrive and allowed us to chat with someone from the company who could answer any questions at any time. The week the windows were installed Polo came with an older gentleman and worked extremely hard making sure everything was done to our liking and did everything inside first so that we didn't have to take a ton of time out of work to be there. The project manager, Josue, was very friendly and kept us up to date on what was going on at all times, even sending me pictures while I was at work. Materials and a dumpster showed up exactly when we were told they would and was removed the same day the job was done. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their workers really care and you can tell they love their job. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to everyone I know!
My husband and I were very pleased with Couto Construction. Their sales pitch was low pressure, informative and truthful. When the crew showed up, they worked in harmony and got the job done earlier than expected (we have a huge roof). The cleanup was almost perfect - I found 1 nail in my hose coil - very hard to find so no fault of the crew. Thank you for a great job!

She can honestly say that in all points of communication with Cesar Botelho, the project foreman, even before and during the project, she continually felt acknowledged and heard. My roof was about 25 years old when I discovered a small water stain in my dining room. I called Couto Construction because they had an online presence, and the reviews were good. It seemed like an established company rather than a guy with a truck. Tyler M. came to my home to inspect the roof and the stain. It seemed as though I would need a full roof replacement; not shocking because of the age. Tyler explained the process to me in detail, and the cost associated with each package. My heart was sold on Couto, but I opted to get another quote from a less-established company. Their offerings were somewhat similar, but a little less expensive, so I chose the other company. Needless to say, when the other company promised to come out and never showed - twice, for different reasons - I went with my gut back to Couto. I can't say enough about the professionalism, the communication, and the efficiency of the team. I had a scheduled date (weather permitting), but they were able to squeeze me in the week prior. The crew arrived right on time, followed by Cesar B., the project manager. He was very honest and let me know that I did have some rotten wood that needed to be replaced, but fortunately it was covered under my contract. We touched base again mid-day, and he sent me pictures of the roof. The roofers finished EXACTLY when Cesar said they would. I couldn't believe it! The finished product looks unbelievable; it's like a whole new house! I would absolutely go with Couto when it's time to replace my windows and add siding. Do not choose a random company based on price!!! Couto has financing available and their warranties are excellent. I have already recommended them to a friend who is looking to replace his roof. I'm sure he will be as happy as I am.
My roofing project was done smoothly from initial meeting to completion. During the works, it's been stretched from estimated 3 days to 2 weeks due to the weather. But Thanks to Supervisor Mr. Cesar Botelho who kept me informed every steps with explanation and follow up every day that made the project completed satisfactory. I'll recommend to my neighbors if anyone is interested!
My Sales Associate was Jason Arruda. He showed up on time and was up front and honest with us. He clearly showed us our options and explained the pros ad cons of each one. There was no pressure at all from Jason. He even dropped off some samples for us. Jason was a pleasure to work with.
