Needing a roof, we started our search and at this time saw the Couto ad on TV. A representative came and made a very thorough presentation. The price and date were set, and on Sept 1st the crew arrived. I was very impressed with speed, and quality. The crew took special care of our shrubs to prevent damage. The job was completed in 2 days. We are extremely please with all aspects of the work. The personal outreach by Brian Couto was above expectations, visiting our house twice to insure that all our concerns were addressed. I needed a new roof and they partnered up with other organizations, came out and installed the roof for FREE!! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. On Saturday morning 8/21/21 i noticed that i had a few shingles that looked like they were lifting from the wind. I contacted Richie who was the supervisor on my job and he said he would be there as soon as he cleared from the job he was at. He came over and took care of the issues right away . I am very impressed with the professionalism and prompt service from the crew with Couto Construction
Our experience with Brian was wonderful. Besides the fact that he was a pleasure to work with and an all around nice guy, he fixed an issue we had with our vinyl right away when no one else bothered to return our phone call. Once Brian was aware of the situation, it was addressed the following day. We should have reached out to him Soley. Thank you Brian for your great costumer service.
Our experience with Couto construction was excellent. Cesar Botelho the siding supervisor was always available to answer any questions we had. Cesar was very professional, friendly & easy to talk to. We also had windows installed, Brendan and Juan Carlos were wonderful to work with, very courteous when going through the house to do the windows. Would highly recommend Couto Construction
Our project consisted of vinyl siding and windows. Jose and his team did an outstanding job on our siding. Jason and Joseph did amazing job installing our windows. Carlos and Sean were easy and pleasurable to work with. Everyone we worked with was courteous and friendly. The job site was cleaned at the end of every day. Our house is now a beautiful home!
Our salesman David Silvia was informative efficient and prepared.We were sold after his presentation. The foreman Josue Correa was available for all our questions and was courteous and professional. The workmen worked tirelessly and did a wonderful job. They were thorough cleaning up after the job was completed. I would highly recommend Couto Construction.
