Professional crew who were very hard workers in extremely hot & humid temperatures! They also repointed 2 chimneys as part of the roof work. The Project supervisor Cesar B. Showed up everyday to check to see how things were going & spoke to my husband & myself to see if we were satisfied & had any questions.
Proj. Supervisor Cesar and his crew came in early, were out a little after lunch. They had taken the time to repair and renew my membrane roof on a 8' x 12' bathroom. No job too small, I guess. Recently I had Couto Construction replace my chimney flashing, replace roofing shingles surrounding the chimney and recap an exhaust/ventilation pipe. The 2 guys who were on the job were very caring and informative on how the job would be started and completed. The job was finished efficiently, and they cleaned up the area extremely well. This is the second time I've used Couto Construction, first being a much larger job. Even though this was a smaller renovation they approach the repair with as much care as the larger project.
