We had Couto replace two windows in our kitchen recently. We ordered the windows in the beginning of the year, but it has taken weeks for the windows to come in (Thanks Covid), but they made sure to keep us updated all along the way. Once the windows came in we had an install date for the following week. They came out and installed the windows in a day, and they came out better than we were hoping. The new windows brighten up the space and completely help to transform the kitchen. We could not be happier! This is the second installation (Siding\gutters were done in 2019) we had Couto take care for us and it will not be the last. Everyone at Couto from Derek & Jason all the way down has always been great. This is the type of service orientated company that you just don't see anymore, and their level of service is greatly appreciated.
We had our deck replaced. We first met Matt who help us figure out a design and price quotes. Our project manager was Manny. He was very professional and got back to me right away when I had a question or concern. I felt very comfortable working with him. The workers that came to the house were also, very polite, professional and friendly.
We had our roof recently replaced by Couto Construction. Cesar Botelho, project manager, was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out the job thoroughly throughout the day. We had siding done on our ranch home, and it looks beautiful. Carlos was great to work with. Always returned our calls and answered all our questions and concerns. He also gave us some great ideas for making our house look beautiful. The crew that worked on our house were fantastic. Jose, Maria, and their son ( I hope I have their names right) arrived on time every day and worked all day, just taking a break for lunch. They are really hard, conscious workers. The house was completed in less time than expected. Thanks Carlos and team for making our house look beautiful. Highly recommend.
