We were having trouble with a prior roof from another company done 10 years ago. We called Couto and from the first moment until the completion of the new roof they were excellent. They explained the installation process. Showed and explained the quality of the products. Explained the warranty. Flew a drone over the house to show us the existing damage. Had all the products and dumpster delivered the day before the job. They arrived on time with a crew of about 6, and the crew worked super hard. They were able to complete our three family big house in one day! They cleaned up everything taking special care for any stray nails with a magnet. Super professional and when it was all finished we met with the supervisor to go over everything and make sure we were happy before we made the last payment. We're very satisfied with our new roof and skylight replacement. It was done quickly and efficiently. From the beginning at the estimate, to working with the project supervisor Andy Milien , and Roberto and the roofing crew. All were very professional and courteous; including the lady on Roberto's crew who did an amazing job cleaning all the mess stripping and replacing a roof entails. What a fantastic group of people. I recently had my roof redone by Couto Construction. From the initial contact to after the roof was completed the Couto team was right there to answer any questions. Tyler Mello and Brian Couto followed up with me throughout the project. The crew worked in 32 degree weather and when I thought they were going to have to come back the next day to clean up...they completed the entire job. The area looked better then it was! I was looking for a contractor I could use for multiple projects and I found one in Couto Construction.
What a wonderful experience. Matt came to my house on time armed with information experience explanations and a backpack full of materials that would be used for the project. He compared what other contractors would use to the product Couto construction uses. Actually showed why his were superior. The presentation was phenomenal. From Michelle my initial encounter to Karen in the office and Matt I was totally impressed. Looking forward to working with them to complete this project.
When I bought this house and moved in I found that the leek spots had been painted over.1 and a half yrs later we had a lot of rain and it didn't take long for me to see the spots coming through.couto construction, God love them,came out gave me bid they were in the middle fo all the other company but I choose them. Where do I start? The beginning with Sean McKenna who did an absolutely great sales job he explained everything step-by-step broke down all the costs and was just extremely pleasant to work with. Mariana kept us up to speed with start dates. The guys that came to do the work were supervised by Cesar Botelho, who was on top of things as was his crew including Ricky and Felipe as well as others and they did a wonderful job installing siding and Installed a new picture window and just took care of everything from start to finish. The area around the house was cleaner when they left than when the first started. They were professional, they were fast, they were working as a team and it was wonderful to see them all work quickly and efficiently and no mess left behind. I will recommend Couto Construction to anyone who wants a job done right at a good price.
