Working with couto construction has been great. They came out a did a quote for a new rubber roof which was a painless process for us. They showed up in time and began work on the agreed date. Cesar, the project manager, kept me up to date on the progress through out the day and even did a video chat with me to show me everything since I was not on site. and the work looks fantastic. Can't say enough good things about the team and Cesar.
Working with Couto was a great experience from start to finish. Ilve heard theylre a bit pricier than other folks in the area, but the service is well worth an upcharge: they were extremely responsive when I had any questions, and proactive with regards to weather and scheduling. Working with the Couto Construction team was a great experience start to finish. From the estimator, Corey, to the crew that replaced the flashing around both chimneys, Rich and Devin, everything was exceptional. They were courteous, professional, punctual. Obviously I didn't go up on the roof, but they took the time to take photos throughout the work to show what they found, explained the repair process, and did a great job cleaning up when they finished. I'd highly recommend this company I'm ver satisfied.
Cesar was my project manager he was professional and on time. I had two minor issues that he was very responsive to and had fixed in a timely manner. Clean up could have been better but they were here till 9pm so that can be forgiven. They did a good job making sure they got all the nails all in all I only found six which is pretty good. The roof looks great and so far no leaks.
Couto Construction is very responsive, courteous, and professional. Couto stripped shingles, installed insulation and wrapped my house in siding. The crew worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned up jobsite daily. Carlos came out and went over expectations of the job with us and everything went well. At final inspection with Carlos, we found a few items that needed to be addressed. We had someone out within a few day to address all issues and job was completed. My only negative comment would be after signing contract, it was challenging to reach sales to ask questions or make changes at times. Other than that we had a very good experience with Couto Construction and would highly recommend!

I had Couto do a complete exterior renovation of my house. Salesman John Bryson was very helpful and professional, answered any and all questions and stayed in touch throughout the whole project to make sure I was satisfied. Project manager Manny Leandres was great and made sure I was as happy as I could be and things were done to my satisfaction, whenever there was an issue I had, Manny always answered my call, took care of my issue, and double checked to make sure things were taken care of. Doing that kind of project is stressful and Manny tried to take away as much stress as possible and did a great job at it, all while staying completely professional
I recently hired Couto Construction for some repairs on the exterior of my home. There was a bit of confusion about the scope of the project. After speaking with Corey Stenberg, the estimator for the project, we resolved all the issues. He was very polite and responsed to my concerns immediately.
