My name is James. The eave aound my house was rotting, and a squirrel had chewed it's way into my walls. Marco from Coutu came out and replaced all the old wood with new vinyl and PVC material in an efficient, professional manner. When I requested an additional step for aesthetic reasons it was met and completed just as professionally.
