Really loved working with Coutos team. From I take to problem solving to follow up they were very professional. Inevitable delays in start date but super efficient once they got started and were able to troubleshoot any issues in real time without delays. Originally I dealt with Erik who was the sales rep. He was exceptional. He came to my house, went up on the roof, took video and explained to me the issues on the roof. He was professional, punctual, and sent over that instant trust in him. Once the project began, I dealt with Josue Correa was my project manager. He and his crew were excellent! They were on time, kept me in the loop by texting me progress reports on tearing off the old roof and installing the new one. They were hard workers and very respectful. The clean up was amazing! My yard and surrounding areas were as clean as when they started the project. Once the project was complete, I was so impressed by the follow up phone calls I received. In addition to the phone calls, I was pleasantly surprised when my doorbell rang and my sales rep Eric, was on the other side of the door to check in with me if I was completely satisfied with the roof installation. Not many companies are known for their customer service follow up, but Couto certainly stands by their great reputation. Im so glad I went with Couto. The entire experience was top notch!
