Bought a home and learned the attic was not properly ventilated, we needed a ridge vent and baffles. Contacted a few construction companies via their online forms. Couto hit the ball out of the park from that point forward. Nick Sousa, who pulled up right on time, came out to assess the work and gave us a price and we signed the contract. The vibes were right - good gut feeling. Next was the office staff, that part got a little shaky. Received a phone cal, called back and left a message. No call back for a few days. Called again, was told the person I needed left for the day and theyd call me back in the morning. Next day, no call in the morning. I called in the afternoon and was told they were in a meeting. Explained that this is my runaround with trying to reach this person so they pulled her out of the meeting. I would have never thought I interrupted her meeting. She was kind, attentive, and took her time with me. Finally, we got a date for the work. The team of two came out and completed our work. They were respectful and cleaned up very well after the work was done. Nick, Eli, and Daniel were a pleasure to have in my own. They were great representatives of Couto Construction and did a great job from start to finish. We are excited to work with Couto again!
