In serious need of a new roof and reconstruction of a second-floor porch, I contacted Couto Construction after reading reviews and comparing notes on the track records of more that a dozen companies. My home is almost 130 years old so the job presented some challenging roof angles; complete re-building of an upper porch that was sagging and channeling water runoff to the first-floor porch (ruining the ceiling above it in the process); installation of gutters and downspouts; soffit and fascia repairs; and a new roof for a detached two-car garage.
