Five stars for superior customer service. I sought four estimates for gutter replacement. Couto Construction was the only business that responded. A fee days after contacting Couto Construction, Tyler and his colleague arrived at my home on time, explained what the job would entail, shared information about the companys history and offered very favorable payment options. Tyler encouraged me to contact previous customers for references. Two weeks later, Marco and Marcelo arrived at my home on time, completed the job, cleaned up afterwards, and kept me informed throughout the process. These men are professionals. Couto Construction is awesome. They are top notch professionals. Justin and his team go above and beyond. From providing suggestions to performing the work, Justin excels. My house was built in 1887 and we wanted to keep the character of the original house. Justins suggestions and work were exceptional. When completed the work looked better then the original structure and still kept the character and charm of the property. Our salesman Tiler was an absolute pleasure to work with as well. Cameron and the staff in the office are also always so polite and professional. You couldnt ask for a better group of professionals to work with. I would highly recommend Couto Construction.
