Field Production Supervisor

Full-time production supervisor for all roofing, siding, windows, door, and gutter jobs.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Report daily to the home office in New Bedford
Manage installation crews onsite
Spot-check crews at job sites for quality and safety training purposes
Provide hands-on leadership and training to our production employees

Skills & Requirements:

Multimedia
Experience in construction management
Proficient computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Drivers license
Ability to lift 50 lbs
The proven ability to motivate, guide and direct a team to reach and even exceed business goals.
2 years of experience as a foreman in the construction, renovation, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to illustrate a proven track record in construction management.
