He was very professional and personable, explaining the materials that would be used in replacing the roof. I was very impressed with his knowledge. Usually I find quoting a tedious and nerve-wracking experience. This was not the case with Corey. The roofing job was for my 91 year old Mom's home who was with me at the time of the quote. He made her feel totally at ease and we joked while working.

I want to thank the Couto Family for a job well done! Thank you for being on time and also completing my roof project in a timely manner. From my first encounter on day one with Zak Orme and Jon Pasco I could tell things were going to go right. ZAK was professional and put things in place so my project could begin and stayed in touch to answer any questions! Brian Couto came to measure the skylights and got my order in place. The office staff continued to check with me as things moved along and booked my project appointment. The day of the project the crew arrived to begin their work for the day being lead by their project Manager Andy Milien and in 6 hours the job was completed. My skylights, roof, repair, shingles and also on my 2 sheds in the yard! Andy assured me that he and the company were there for me, and to answer any questions that I may have! Andy also made sure that my new flower bed in the front and my grass was all in tack!! Which I had a big concern about having this just completed! Andy returned with a Final Inspection and placed a missing clip on the skylight to complete the job right! I have received many compliments from my neighbors on how well and how great the roof looks, and clean-up was emaculate!!
